Allie is a Doctoral Level Student attending the Chicago School of Professional Psychology. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from East Carolina University and will obtain a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology this year. Allie is committed to providing evidence-based practice in a warm, empathic environment.

SERVICES PROVIDED: Individual psychotherapy with teens and young adults
Allie provides individual psychotherapy for teens and young adults with a variety of mood and behavioral difficulties. She has experience helping individuals cope with mood and anxiety disorders, emotional dysregulation, stress management, and interpersonal difficulties. Allie uses primarily a Cognitive Behavioral approach to therapy with a client-centered emphasis to best meet the needs of each individual. Her work is heavily grounded on a strong therapeutic relationship of trust that fosters collaborative work towards personal growth and lasting change.
In her free time, Allie enjoys spending time with family and friends. She enjoys running long distances, getting lost in a jigsaw puzzle, and exploring all the sites that the DC area has to offer.
